LEARN TO HULA HOOP
STARTING MONDAY SEPTEMBER 26th, 6:30 – 7:30 Hula Hooping is a core building exercise that is beautiful and entertaining. It tones muscles, builds strength and increases self-confidence.
In this series of classes, Jessie will teach you to control your hula hoop with style and grace. You will learn to move your hoop to various levels of your body using fluid motions. Once you can manipulate your hoop and move it around the body, you will be ready to use multiple hoops. We will also cover a series of trick moves.
Hula Hoops are provided for everyone, including glow in the dark hoops for glow hoop sessions.
